You can do anything. Sandwiches, anything breakfast, scalloped potatoes, soup if you’re a weirdo, ham balls, ham salad, just eat it cold. It’s nearly impossible to screw up.

Sopa de ajo; Garlic soup. Fry some ham with olive oil and thinly sliced garlic. Add paprika to taste. Before hand, cube some crusty bread and toast it. Add the bread cubes to the ham and oil until it all absorpts. Add chicken broth to desired amount. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on simmer. Add an egg at the end to poach. Consume.

Its the chicken noodle soup of Spain.
