Anyone do it ? I dont snore but I do sleep with my mouth open ever since I got my wisdom teeth out. Not a huge deal but tired of the dry mouth and bad taste in the morning . Also from what I read its not good for you or your teeth. Any fixes ?

a stint in prison will clear that right up, I would think.

I do it sometimes, when my nose is plugged. It does suck-- dry mouth, cracked lips, etc. Only thing that helps me is move your neck around so your nose clears and you can breathe thru nose.

They make those chinstrap thingamabobs that go across the top of your head to keep your mouth shut. I think they are designed to stop snoring. Always seemed to me they could have unintended consequences though. Kind of like the Opti-Grab.

I do. I almost can't breathe through my nose. If you taped my mouth shut I would die. Doctor says nothing wrong.

I’ve noticed that I do a decent amount lately, usually when I’m on my back which leads to me snoring.

My ex was a huge fan of it. *eye roll*

Like me, a mouth breather. Try the breath right strips. I use them when I have a cold and they work great.
