I don't have a good feeling about this one. Bethune-Cookman has the ingredients that give us problems: experienced guards who create a lot of turnovers and overall good defense (33rd in the country). Plus, we're coming off a long break and finals, and we'll probably be rusty.

On the plus side, they also have a lot of turnovers, we should have a much better inside game (if we can get it going), plus WJ should be healthier.

Cyclones in an ugly, close game: 56-50.

I think the long break actually allows us to game plan for these next 2 games. Lame atmosphere puts BC to sleep.

From what I read on cyclones.com, it wasn't clear whether they pressed to get turnovers or just created them through their half-court defense. Either way, I don't like the sound of it.

I miss "the press" defense. Johnny Orr used it all the time, (worked like a charm) just wish we could see it more often, and not just in times of desperation.
