Saints get rid of Deuce McAllister to get under the salary cap. Anywhere that this vet can still play and contribute?

I will take him in Denver.. or Fred Taylor. they could put up huge numbers, and Denver lacks a #1 running back. but then again they always have random guys back there

They are too old for denver. we will have a number 1 if ryan torain can stay healthy for a year. I swear he runs just like TD did.

how many times did he get hurt last year?

and for that matter, how many injured backs did Denver have last year?

I'd say they need all the backup they can get at that position

denver had 7 different running backs suffer season ending injuries i believe. and yes Torain can be great, the reason he wasnt drafted real high is because of his injury issues. He has the potential to be an amazing running back though

He got injured twice. once before the season even started and then we rushed him in to playing and got hurt again around week 8 or 9 cant remember correctly. Hopefully a full off season he can get back to healthy.

They ended up with 7 or 8 rbs on the IR. Half of it i blame on the strength trainer and the other half werent even on the roster to start the season.

I agree we need some but we had pittman last year and he also got hurt.

If they get anyone I want them to get Ward.
