RPI

Looks like there's only going to be one allocation at 157. That sucks for Straw but it's the bed he made.

Does not look good for 157
Name Coaches, RPI
Thomas 26,17
Wright 31,33
Sheets 23, UR
Mossing 28, UR
Straw UR, UR

Now if only they'd go ahead and release the allocations list so I can go get lunch.

I think Wright has win %age, but drop in Coaches and RPI since last release

Jacobe Smith and Geer are also not listed in the coaches poll.

I don't think they were eligible at 174 & 184 because of the 30 day rule. John Smith really screwed the conference with this last minute moves
and if Joe Smith wrestles 165 instead of Rogers, we lose that allocation also

Not sure why John Smith wouldn't put Ok State guys in that would at least earn allocations.
At least then, if they wrestle someone else, it goes back to the wild card pool.

That is what is going to happen at 165, if Joe Smith wrestles.

I agree - I thought there might have been a chance that it was worded poorly and if they wrestled at all in the last 30 days they would be included. I think Mantanona might have a chance of getting the last allocation at 174 so it might actually be a wash in the end, but we will hopefully see soon.

Mantanona is dangerous. I think he will upset someone, but I don't think he gets an allocation.
Think he would need a coaches ranking higher than 30 and his win %age isn't good.

But we can hope!

Stupid question probably but why did willie have so few matches?

Looks like De La Riva got the last spot and Mantanona missed it by one spot (ranked #31). I did not realize that top 30 CR, top 30 RPI, 70% win were the absolute minimums for assigning allocations.
