Roster updates

According to whitepages.com there is a Ryan Kock in Carroll, IA that used to live in Lohrville, Iowa (listed as the hometown on the cyclones.com page for The Ryan Kock).
This interview mentions that both his parents were athletes at Iowa State - https://sports.1380kcim.com/2021/11...nces-decision-to-play-football-at-iowa-state/

So, yeah, looks like Caden is Ryan's son.
Caden's mom is Katie Robinette, a very good former ISU WBB player.

Here is her ISU bio, scroll down to her 2003-4 summary

A lot of inexperienced or unknown players to us this season, but I feel there is a lot of competition and the best players who rise to the top will prove to be very high-quality. This staff has done an amazing job building depth throughout the roster and increasing overall talent.

This offseason is really the only one I can think of in Campbell's tenure with transfer attrition that may hurt us. We shall see.

What are everyone's reasonable expectations for this team?

Worst case scenario non con we go 2-1 (I don't see us losing to SEMO or Ohio but September version Iowa State tries its best), best case we go 3-0. I think the conference games we for sure win are Kansas, K-State, WVU, Texas Tech, and TCU

Kansas State is a dark horse championship team.

Anything at or over 6 wins would be a good season for me

Beat Iowa and I'll change my mind.

Outside of KU. There are no bad teams in the league. Not very top heavy, but OU is rebuilding, Texas is always over rated. I'd rank the league

OSU
OU

BU

Ties:
ISU, UT, KSU

Ties:
WVU, Tech, TCU

KU

We didn't beat WVU or Tech last year. I'm not as worried about WVU this year, but I thi k Tech should be improved

yeah Tech does worry me, I just like our home field advantage.....I feel like we'll be able to tell how the season will go very early on though....I'm really curious to see our offense with Dekkers running it...he's got a cannon of an arm, so my hope is we try and go down field more often with passes

Deyo is on the roster, there's some trolls that have some crow to swallow.
As much as I hate to feed the idiots.... He will need our best tutors according to a season ticket holder high school friend of mine who taught him at LC.
