Roadside Assistance

I'm looking for recommendations on roadside assistance providers. Does anyone have an experience good or bad that you could share? I recently purchased a used vehicle that I love, but it hasn't been very reliable (water pump failed, bad crankshaft position sensor).

I have had great luck with AAA. I get my insurance through them as well. I think it is $90/year for my wife and I and it gets each of us 3 tows a year up to a hundred miles. (When I used to travel a lot) I used more than the the 3.
Also, last spring, My transmission went out in Minnesota and it paid for a hotel and rental car. Also get discounts at hotels which I try to take advantage of whenever I can.
