Anyone heading up to the game today? I'm planning on heading out here soon, but looks like the roads are bad up north. Anyone in northern Iowa that can comment on this?
Road Conditions - Travel to Vikings Game

I am waiting on the roads as well. Got up at 6 and the road conditions haven't been changed or even updated. Kind of irritating. We are leaving at 9 (originally planned on 7), which is as late as we can leave due to arrangements with another party, and hoping for the best. If it gets dicey north of Ames, we'll head back to WDM and watch it on tv. Really, really going to ruin my day if I can't make it to the Dome today.

I just went outside to start my car: it will take a little bit for ice to melt off.
Minnesota does not look any better than Iowa does, until you get to the Twin Cities themselves.

If I had tickets I would have left already. Roads are passable but it will take you probably an extra hour to travel up to the dome than usual. Roads are passable but slow about 40-50mph tops.
