He had the coolest boots ever. Some of the documentaries about finding wrestlers ring gear is pretty cool. They found a a pair of his curled toe boots in one of them. Best name for hold though was the "Camel Clutch".

WWE needs a female type like the sheik with a "Camel Toe Hold" finishing move.

Nikolai Volkoff and the Iron Sheek were a great heel tag team.

Saw them wrestle at McElroy auditorium as a kid. Jake the Snake and Junk Yard dog were there

Btw did anyone watch the sheik documentary? His story is actually amazing. One of the top amateur wrestlers in the world while in Iran. Comes to the United States and becomes an assistant USA Wrestling coach. Becomes the most hated heel ever in WWE . Plays a character that hates America even though he loves America. Inspiring story. Minus the drugs and stuff
