I have been trying to follow these multiple rumor and staff threads as close as possible for the last two weeks and haven't posted for awhile. As I understand it through this website and ABC5, our current staff looks like this:

HC: Paul Rhoads
Assistant HC and TBD: Bill Bleil
TBD: Chris Ash
TE/Recruiting/TBD: Scott Fountain

Of these, the only confirmed through ISU is Bleil. We need to keep our website updated at Cyclones.com. Auburn has done an awesome job as I have been checking up on Chizik and his hires. They only have the coaches listed who are being retained.

Should we be expecting some coaching announcements this week or after the BCS championship on the 8th?

At some point not long after his hiring, PR said his target date for having a staff hired was Jan. 5. . . . (Or did he say two weeks, and I looked at the calendar and came up with Jan. 5?)

Sooner rather than later, we can figure, I think.

When does the dead period end, anyone know?

Sure hope the rumor about Scott Fountain being retained is accurate information.

I believe I heard that PR wanted most of his staff put together for the end of the dead recruiting period, but isnt that the 1st. If so, we may hear alot more in the next couple of days.
