They call a **** game- one that has no affect on their livelihood- and nothing happens to them. The coaches lose, players lose, and fans lose, but they have no repercussions. ******* horrible.

It was bad yes, but we got beat today when we had a chance to win the game in the 3rd quarter, Congrats Baylor.
Still unsure how one team can literally tackle a dLineman and no call, and they were ones that allowed the QB to avoid sacks.

The targeting on ISU and what appeard two non targeting calls on Baylor were made by replay official. I'd have some questions for that guy on why no look at it...IF your going to stop the game and call ISU's targeting
Agree with this. Bad calls suck and are frustrating, but sometimes its the hand you're dealt and you have to rise above it. We did not respond out of halftime, which was disappointing.
The game today in general felt like CMC era September football.
Seems like those targeting calls often happen early in the game. I guess the refs want to send a message. That's fine, but they need to call one on each team. Especially when they had opportunities to call one on Baylor's defense.
Btw, I’m not saying we lost because of the refs. Turnovers, failure to run the ball, and not getting off the field defensively is why we lost.

I think ref should be paid according to how their game grades out. After every game they are paid more if they make more correct calls, less if they blow it.
You could watch a TON of football and not see a team gifted 14 points like that out of the gate. ISU defense stopped them emphatically multiple times on third down only to have Baylor bailed out by utter nonsense calls penalizing what amounted to totally normal tackles.
The fact that there was no lengthy review at all later in the game when a Baylor player actually did lead with helmet and had helmet to helmet contact against Brock was absolutely ludicrous.

These guys should have been hitch hiking back to Texas or whatever hole they came from.
If this is the best targeting reviews and review in general can be, they need to get rid of all replay and just make targeting a 5 yard and loss of down penalty.
The only obvious targeting the entire game on either team was #5 Baylor that Brock was calling out. None others worthy of review and if you had to review one that was far and away the one to review. No review. At least no review as lengthy as when they spotted Baylor 7 to start the game.
