That's big news. Here's the direct link to the article: Braham's Rebekah Dahlman to visit Iowa State, Vanderbilt, Florida - TwinCities.com

Braham High School guard Rebekah Dahlman told the Pioneer Press on Tuesday, July 24, that she will take official basketball visits to Iowa State, Vanderbilt and Florida in early September.

She said she is still deciding on destinations for her two other allowed official visits, but did say the University of Minnesota is among the finalists for one of those trips. National power Tennessee, a late entrant into her recruitment, is also getting strong consideration.

"It's going to be a hard decision when it comes down to the end," said Dahlman, a rising senior.

Dahlman, the most heavily recruited girls basketball player in Minnesota in years, said she will make a college choice after her five visits.
She's the all-time leading career scorer in Minnesota 5-player GBB history. She has one season left to play. Let that sink in.

Megan Taylor held that record when her high school career ended. It's been broken a few times since then, but Dahlman scores on a whole different level.

I've heard the opposite, although it's third- or fourth-hand.

I think we are still in the process with Trapp. She was just a tall very skinny post that not too many people were interested in when we started recruiting her. Teams saw that her cousin Dvorak didn't make a big splash at Minnesota and figured that she wouldn't develop as well as she has. Since that time she has played for the North Tartans Coury team and a a lot of schools have come in late to hustle her. A couple of maybe negative things are that she has a Prins type body which may not be suited for the Big12 style of play and BF has not had the best of luck with home-schooled kids. I have seen her play and she is more advanced then Prins was when she stepped on the court but needs to put on some weight to take the game to game pounding that you get in our conference. I still have my fingers crossed that both Trapp and Dahlman are in our 2013 class.

The pictures I had seen of her made me think she was built more like that tall girl from Michigan State that we played against in the Sweet 16 a few years ago. If she was built like Prins, I would think she already has a little bit of weight on her bones.
