Recommendation for good quality office chair

I work from home office and am looking for a recommendation of a good quality desk chair. I'm 6'2" 210 lbs, and hoping for a tall back and longer side arms. It should have swivel and reclining options. Obviously, it needs to be supportive and comfortable for a day of work (which is mostly computer-oriented).

I'm hoping to avoid chairs that have the spring mechanism shown below (which unfortunately most chairs seem to use). The way I sit/rock seems to always wear the holes out where the connecting bolt runs in fairly short order. I took the mechanism apart on my last chair and put in some heavy duty bushings, which seemed to work, but now the seat area is worn out.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

If you are looking for a tall back chair with a headrest, this is the best way to go:

If you don't need the headrest or as tall of a back, this is the chair I have and I love it:

Now, another chair I really liked that looked the sweetest of all of them, it was this one:

I make these recommendations after being in your exact position about a year ago and was in it with major back issues. I did the rounds to all the places and looked at all the different brands of quality chairs and found these 3 as my favorites. All said and done, I highly recommend finding the dealer for all the major quality brands in your town and trying them all out. Just don't buy a chair without at least sitting in it. All chairs fit people differently. I'm 6' 1" and 180 lbs.

Here is a list of all the biggest quality brands for chairs:

Herman Miller
Knoll
Humanscale
Steelcase

Here is a ranking of chairs online I found (you will see all the big brands):

Anything Hon or Allsteel will treat you well. They are made in Iowa too. I have an Allsteel office chair that was build to last and is extremely comfortable.

Hon and Allsteel do make good chairs. Depends what you want to spend. The chairs I listed are your best chairs, but your most expensive, whereas these two brands here would be a second tier chair, but cheaper.

Since I work at HON my recommendations are:
Ignition HIWM2 with upholstered back ($621-$1261) or
Nucleus HN1 ($784-$1104) or
Solve HSLVMM ($419-$579) or HSLVMU ($459-$619)
Prices vary depending upon fabric/options you select. Prices shown are list prices. Typical retail is approx. 50% of list.

I would not consider Allsteel 2nd tier. HON, yes, but not Allsteel.

Spend less on the chair and go with an adjustable standing desk. I went to a standing desk a few years ago and virtually never sit now.
