I bought a cheap Amazon flex and its telling me i walked 6 miles and 13,000 steps while at work today.

are you pretty much walking most of the day? Cause I am mostly at my desk and only get about 2500 at work.

We occasionally watch the live auditions of AGT for some kicks & giggles; some of the acts are really good, some so bad you can't believe they were brave enough to get on the stage....just laughed our butts off at an act that did a YMCA Village People spoof. I can't explain it very well but they made themselves into little people: their arms were in the legs of the pants, and they draped black cloth over their lower halves. The puppet arms & hands were fixed in position across the "bodies". The "dancing" was just too funny...

Not usually. I would say 50/50 seated at my desk to walking around. Today was probably more 75/25. New building = lot more space and still moving things around.

No, I did not go to Pella, as I only had two and a half days in Des Moines this time around.

Baseball and softball now officially done. Daughter finished with a ,583 varsity average and only pitched in two games, so it was about perfect for her time. Son played very well the last couple of games and became a crowd favorite when he started throwing runners out. Played 1/3 of the varsity games but led the conference in throw outs. Now considering going out next year. I can't take this coach anymore.
