I need to stop posting and pack for our trip tomorrow. But the talk about mortgages--had a friend over last night who does mortgage loans here in Ames. Said when she worked with Chizek they were like, "We want a 3yr ARM. We don't look any further ahead than that." Firmly entrenched with a 3yr loan.

Considering his track record, that's about as long as he has been ANYwhere...not just here.

oh wow! I actually wondered last night about Rhoads and whether he would move now or what and it made me wonder about what coaches do with houses.

Doubt they would move until they have someplace to move TO. Side question on Rhoads - if his son was a walk-on, can he play for another D1 team right away, or would he have to sit out a year as a transfer?

Feeling for ya, Goat. I agree with what everyone said on getting older. I may not be the elder states(wo)men that Boxster and KC are but it is sure catching up with me.

Funny, the opposite ends of the age spectrum on my internet today. This morning my 92 year old aunt sent me a friend request...did I mention this is my FAVORITE aunt? Of COURSE I said yes.

And in about five minutes, our 9 year old granddaughter is going to make her first attack on Clash of Clans (under the direct supervision of her father, of course).

Entertaining.
