that's mean, you aren't a loser. I just got done ranting at DH about our IT so I'm still all worked up. They are holding up a seven digit cost project for 4k worth of hardware. And I found out today that a program I've successfully updated fine for 6 years is now blocked by 'user group policy' and it expires in 10 days and I want it updated ASAP as I actually have avoided updating it for 3 years because they had made changes that messed up my data. So I wanted to update right away when I found this out today so I'd have time to test the new formats.
I sent a strongly worded email and I'll probably be following up by Tuesday with a phone call. Our new team member who started in Aug with a solid three months advance warning still does not have the second monitor he was supposed to have or a working phone. The previous person never had a working phone.
