Wondering if anybody has any insight on any of this...
There are some guys who've been listed as playing in the participation reports that I'm hoping were listed incorrectly and are instead redshirting: Kyle Lichtenberg, Willie Scott, Zach Spears, Carter Bykowski and maybe some others. Spears and Lichtenberg seem to need a RS year to gain some weight and if Scott has played it seems weird that they'd burn his RS for a few snaps. If Bykowski is destined for tackle a RS year would be great for that.
Speaking of maybe having Bykowski make the switch, any other possible position switches? Neal went from TE to LB to DE and is now starting, wondering if a guy like Hammerschmidt could make the move and become a Shawn Moorehead type guy.
How's Hayworth Hicks looking? Think he be the new starter on the line next year, or Burris? Caspers? Are Blanton and Jennert looking good?
What's going on with Jerrod Black? I know he was hurt a lot last year but he hasn't played a snap all year.
