Many of us like to listen to the game as its going on. Does anyone have an idea as to what station frequency we might pick up down in KC?

For John Walters and Eric Heft try KMA - 960 out of Shenandoah.

Maybe a little out of their range, however their Sports Director posts here - he may be able to tell you if their signal reaches KC.

I am sure you can get a K-State station in KC.

810 a.m. is the K-State football channel in KC. It is owned by K-State and Oklahoma grad as well as having the strongest signal in the entire country. They have already advertised it and carry every K-State game. They also referred to Arrowhead as "bill snyder family stadium" for that game. I suspect the broadcast will be a tid bit biased however......

Before sunset, I can pick up 540 AM out of Fort Dodge in my car. I have listened to several weekend football/basketball broadcasts this way...parked the car in the driveway, cranked the stereo and did yard work or "cleaned" the garage. And it's a clear signal. I don't know if it will work at Arrowhead, but it would be worth a shot. Near sunset they have to cut signal strength, it fades quite quickly, however with a 2PM kick, it should work.

For the other Sirius radio folks, it will be on either 157 or 154.

You may be able to get KMA, but it seems like there is some interference once in the KC metro.
