Mad, sad, frustrated sure, but decisions were made and we are simply frustrated fans. The best decisions were made in the moment, but enough of this woe is me crap. It is what it is and what is most important, the bent out of shape fans or someone else, say the kid captain fighting a rare disorder who never had the chance
to fulfill his dream on the field after being with team and who had to be hustled out in the evacuation.

Had a random conversation with a family member of this party this afternoon and it simply puts all in perspective. It is a game, but lives are more important. Getting off soapbox. Carry on.

I’m sure the kid captain will get another game. They did get to do the best parts of it.

If we are going to talk serious thins maybe focus on the crops that will be destroyed with this flooding.

Shame on a any farmer who planted at such a time as to subject their livelihood to yesterday's rain. Simply inconceivable any rational farmer would plant crops in the spring knowing it may rain torrentially in September... ;)

We have better things to do - like have some of our own most rabid hawk-haters make fun of the stadium wave to sick and dying children in iowa city...

Yeah, we pay coaches and an AD millions of dollars to make these decisions. The weather won last night, we need to deal with that and move on. JP and CMC are probably already working on several plans on what to do, and I trust those guys to make the best choice for the athletic department and student athletes.

When we left section A there was a woman that was down near the concession and surrounded by staff and then taken away my medics.

Anyone happen to have an update? Looked very serious :/

Relax - have a beer. I'm sure most people know there are more important things in life. Doesn't mean we can't be disappointed.
