I still kind of doubt it, but the progress seems like he may be a possibility for the ALCS.

Josh Fields has been brutal this year. I realize he's back up at 3rd base, but if Uribe goes down they can insert him a game later. At this point I think they wait till at least the ALCS to put Quentin in, but I wouldn't second guess if they left Fields off for Quentin...

What about a backup middle infielder? Do we even have one? If Uribe is at 3B I am not sure what to do? But I would leave Fields off the roster...that would save us a few strikeouts!
