Farmer said during tonight's Sox game that Carlos Quentin could start a rehab stint as early as this weekend, which would probably have him back roaming around LF after the All-Star break.
That'd be a nice midseason pickup. Shift Pods to CF, and have a lineup that looks like this:
Podsednik, CF
Beckham, 3B
Quentin, LF
Dye, RF
Thome, DH
Konerko, 1B
Pierzynski, C
Ramirez, SS
Getz/Nix, 2B
That'd be a lineup that could finally figure **** out and win the Central.
