Just moments ago, Pujols delivered hit #2,000 of his career against none other than the Cubs. It was a really, really sweet moment at Busch as he received a standing ovation that had to last at least a minute or longer. It was a double down the left field line scoring a runner from 2nd. Congrats to #5.

I have a lot of great Card's memories .... Albert is creeping up toward my all time fav - B. Gibson (67 and 68 were in my high school years). What an historic franchise... number 2 to only the "store bought" NY Yankees and always #1 in my book. NLs all time best.

What a slacker. He needs to step it up this year if he wants a decent contract.
