North of the donor lots is the parking between Hilton and JTS... but those too are donor lots.... North of that is Hilton and Lincoln Way.

By chance do you meant the area to the East of the Stadium? Where the Haunted Forest is located?

They also sometimes setup pay parking in the grass east of Hilton - IRRC it was $25 each time it was open last year (and I noticed it...)

$15 in lots B1/B2/C1/C2. These lots are north of Center Drive, surrounding Hilton.
