When will there be a cap on salaries per years of service, with incentives only when they produce? It seems there are people out there making a ton of money and not producing what they are worth. I say 250k to start and then 50k per year afterwards till they lose some talent. Then they are stuck with where they are. If they over perform then give them incentives.
