$15-$20 mil is what is expected to be paid back by the 2 schools from 2009-2010 revenue payments that were already made. The rest of that $35-$40 mil will be what is withheld from 2010-2011 revenues.

So basically the conference will have ~$20 mil plus whatever it can recoup from CU and NU.

No, that is what the Big 12 was wanting. That is not what they are getting. The total damages, combined for both schools, is about $15 mil.
