Parking/Travel question (thanks in advance)

Has ben a while since I’ve been to a game. What’s the best way to get to the grass public lots from Hwy30? (Duff or University?)


Also, worth noting, I’m coming in late (~5pm) so assuming most will have arrived through the day.


On that note, how long would you guess it will take to get from Hwy30 to my seats (traffic + grass lot parking + walking + entry line)?

At the TCU Game a couple of weeks ago we came from Duff as traffic was backed up all the way to 30. (saw this as we went to meet family by 30 driving past the stadium). That was at the beginning of the day and everyone was ready to tailgate given the weather. As the day went on though, traffic was back to nothing. An hour before the game there was just the standard traffic. If you're exiting 30 at 5pm I'd assume you give yourself 35-40 min to get parked and walking. But this assumes you're in one of the closer grass lots. Hard to say what will still be available.

Thanks a bunch, that is really helpful!! I pre-paid for a public lot ticket, so not sure if they hold any open but figured we'd have to walk further. Go clones!

I've been coming in from the East on 30 for the past 10 years and park in C3 or C4. I always used to take Duff but this year I've been using University which I think is much faster. Especially if you are within an hour off kickoff or if you are more then 4 hours ahead of Kickoff. Also, quit trying to leave via Duff.
