Jazz owner says Sloan quit after argument with Deron Williams - CBSSports.com
Miller said it started when Sloan and Deron Williams got into an argument at halftime about the final play before the half. Sloan walked away from the team toward his office and past Miller, saying: “I'd like to have a word with you after the game.â€￾
Williams shot back, “Yeah, I want to be in the meeting too.â€￾

“Do you want me to quit right now,â€￾ Sloan replied.
[...]
“Jerry, I know this is frustrating,â€￾ Miller said. “But we're just going to have to muscle through it.â€￾
“I've been at this a long time and there is nothing left in the tank,â€￾ Miller recalled Sloan saying. “I think I'm done.â€￾
“C'mon, Jerry,â€￾ Miller said.
“No, I'm serious,â€￾ Sloan said. “I'm out of gas.â€￾

Now Williams gets to play on a team with a $90 million jump shooter crippling their personnel options...but they have a cool logo so it all worked out. I'll be grabbing the popcorn when DWill tells Jason Kidd how to coach the point guard on his team.

My one crap that I've gotten on Boers and Bernstein was directed at DWill, after he got Avery Johnson fired. DWill needs to shut up and play, and ask himself, who. are. you. crappin?
