In a nut shell. It happened in Mexico. Woman had minor injuries and some bruises.

To me it looks like it did run over her head.

Wow. Slid underneath the front corner overhang but the wheel missed her by millimeters. Was probably grazed by the sidewall. It definitely ran over her hair.
