I'm live in Texas and am looking for my best options for being able to watch the UNI game this Saturday. Our North Dallas alumni group has a game-watch which I would normally do but am still a little Covid worried.

So what are my best options to be able to watch the game at home? I have ATT U-verse and of course the internet.

Thanks.

Are you not sure how to access ESPN+ or just how to get it on your tv?

Since you still have cable I assume you don't have a Roku or other streaming device?

Buy a month of ESPN+ for $7. Alternatively if you have a Verizon unlimited data cell phone plan you should be able to register for the Disney Bundle for free (includes ESPN+, Hulu, and Disney+).

Plug your computer into your TV using an HDMI cable, or get a Chromecast, or get a Roku stick.

I'll be at the game but was hoping to record it. It looks like I can't record it, but it will be on demand. Does anyone know how long I will be able to access the game after it is over. Is it a few days, forever, or how does that work?

So, you need to subscribe to ESPN+ (this is a streaming service). It is not part of your cable package. If you do not want it for more than the game, you should be able to subscribe for the month, then cancel anytime after the game. Often you can find a 7 day free trial option as well... So, at this point you could sign up for that and then cancel right after the game.

If you have a TV that let's you download apps, download the ESPN+ app and login to watch on your tv. I would recommend logging in once to get it set up, since there are a couple of (easy) one time setup steps. It does take a few mins (you need to log in on a computer or another device and type in a code to give your TV access). So, just don't fire it up for the first time 5 mins before kickoff.

If you do not have a tv that let's you download apps you can buy a Firestick (you can get one on Amazon for about $40, or at BestBuy, etc.). This will plug into one of your HDMI ports on your tv and you can download the ESPN+ app to your Firestick.

So, either of these this options would allow you to watch on your TV through the ESPN+ app. There are many other options for accessing the app or ESPN+ through your TV, but these are pretty simple ones.

Typically between 1-3 months. There's never a set length something is available for some reason.

Maybe not forever, but most ESPN games are available for at least until a new season starts.

I have a wedding I have to attend on Saturday, so hoping to avoid any updates and watch on Sunday.

I'm already paying $7.99 a month for Disney+, so I'm probably going to just get the Disney+ Bundle that includes Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for $13.99 a month.

I'm not going to be able to watch the UNLV game though... so does anyone know how I can watch it the following day? Will it be on youtube by the following day or two?

many of the games get added to youtube... some time a few days to get added.

If you are looking for an option to live... you can subscribe to YouTube TV. It is about $70/month. But, they often have a free trial period. So, wait until the week of the game and see if you can get a 30 day or at least a 7 day free trial and be sure to cancel after the game if you do not want the service.

Where are they having the get together? I'm travelling down to Denton for a convention and was hoping to find a place to watch the game.

Try a free subscription for Youtube TV. I think CBS Sports Network is a part of their base package. I think their trial is like 2 days.

does hulutv still have CBS Sports network? I did a free trial of Hulu to watch the 2017 game at Akron a few years ago.

I’m going to the Texas A&M vs Kent State game at 7pm. Any place in College Station that would be showing the Iowa State game?
