Almost like they wanted the game rained out.

Really lucked out today. Watching the forecast I never would have guessed we'd make it through the entire tailgate and game with only a few seconds of sprinkles.

Weather Channel radar showing a storm rolling thru at kickoff, then again at 4... keeping tabs on it in case driving up quick for the game makes sense at some point.

Update: laced up and headed out about 2:30. Got seated shortly after kickoff. Very glad I went.

i didn’t want to jinx it, but usually when they play it up, the storms miss the game. there was that ksu game s few years ago where everyone was sure there’dbe a tornado and nothing. and the famous iowa game there was no prediction of rain.

the weather was weird today but it never acted like anything was close to blowing up.

It looks like they are not moving the game up. Have they ever done that due to weather? College or pro games? I would imagine it is pretty rare, due to TV schedules, etc.

It also makes too much sense, so you know it isn't going to happen.

It's rare but they've done it before. Usually more hurricane related where its easier to track days before and more likely the event will occur.

Extended forecast for the TCU game is calling for 60% chance of rain. I figure it's never too early to start worrying!
