Week Seven is bookended by a couple of primetime dogs - Denver @ Arizona tonight and the New York Giants @ Atlanta on Monday night. I'll take the Cardinals to win tonight as Case Keenum gets the hook. I like Josh Rosen a lot even though he and David Johnson are handcuffed in a very conservative and unimaginative offense.

I think Denver is the worst (definitely one of) team in the league and of course they were 2 and 0 starting the season.

Yeah, I don't know about the worst - I think that honor goes to the Giants - but Denver is a bottom five team. Happens when you pay starter money to a career backup QB. Those guys are typically backups for a reason.

Maybe Raiders or random AFC South but they're right there.

Case Keenum had a helluva year last year for the Vikes, which was awesome, but like someone said earlier, there is a reason he has been a backup this whole time. Things aren't looking good for him in Denver right now.

Elway thinks they just need a competent QB and they'll be just fine. Of course he has thought that since Peyton retired and look where it has gotten them.

I see Derek Anderson was coaxed out of retirement a couple of weeks ago and is now the starter for Buffalo

Speaks volumes about Nathan Peterman that they thought Derek Anderson is already a better option at QB. How Peterman is still on an NFL roster is astonishing. His career INT rate is 11.4%. For comparison's sake, Trent Dilfer (nobody's definition of a good NFL QB) had a career 4.1% interception percentage. Unreal.

Well, regardless of position on the staff, it looks like they fired him anyway.

Byron Leftwich will be the interim OC, which should be kind of interesting. He's a holdover from Bruce Arians' staff, so maybe he'll know what to do with David Johnson. Running him up the middle fifteen times a game isn't exactly taking full advantage of his skill set.

If Josh Rosen is hurt for an extended amount of time, Arizona's head coach should be canned. I don't care if it's his first season with the team. It's been clear for the whole ga

Hyde to Jacksonville for a fifth rounder. Good move for both teams. The Browns need to find a way to get Nick Chubb more touches. The Jags need a good all purpose back. This makes me wonder if Fournette is headed for IR.

I don't understand how Hyde continues to be so undervalued. He's a good running back, but he can't seem to catch on with a team who wants to make him their lead back. I'm not saying he's elite or even an every down kind of guy, but he definitely has the talent to be a starter in the league and it seems like teams can't wait to replace him.
