Before the season, I penciled in a win for the Bengals against the Falcons. Atlanta looked unstoppable on offence last weekend; it's going to be a tough game. Frankly, I'm more concerned Cincinnati comes out healthy, especially after losing their number 1 TE last weekend, and Burfict still uncertain at LB.

Vikings are going to be 2-0 with a win over the patriots, 27-14.

I'd love for that to happen, but I'm not holding out too much hope. New England is going to come out with something to prove. If Minnesota wins this game then they're a lot better than I thought they would be.

Falcons @ Bengals <<<<Disagree, Falcons were impressive last week. I think they'll take it. Should be a great game.

Jets @ Packers <<<< LOL disagree. Packers lose home opener? To the Jets??? No...
Chiefs @ Broncos
Bears @ 49ers
Eagles @ Colts

That's my upset special. I went with the Jets because:

1. I'm a Vikings fan

2. The Jets pass defense is no joke. If Eddie Lacy isn't 100% then I can see the Packers WRs having just as much trouble against the Jets as they had against the Seahawks. If Jordy Nelson can actually hang on to the ball then the Packers should turn it around.

The Patriots have lost consecutive games ten times in the Brady/Belichick era. I'm not saying it can't happen, but history is not on the Minnesota's side. Watch for signs of slippage in Tom Brady's play, though. Lately (going back to last season), accuracy has suddenly become a problem for Brady. You could blame it on a lackluster receiving corps, but it's something to keep an eye on.

Agree with everything that I don't mention; disagreements below.

Steelers tonight. Ravens are distracted this week to say the least.
Carolina at home over Detroit. Panthers D will be enough to get the win and Newton will play well.
Houston looks decent and should be enough over Oakland.
Packers will beat the Jets... come on.

Best game this week could end up being NE @ MIN or ATL @ CIN.

Wow, that was a lot more visiting teams than I thought.

yeah, but I'd be hard pressed to disagree with you on most of those. Maybe Washington and the Colts. I might pick those teams, but even so, it's hard to argue with your picks.

Yea, the Packers aren't losing to the Jets at home. I can't tell you are a Vikings fan though after I saw the prediction for the Patriots game. Not saying either can't happen, but highly unlikely.

Yeah Washington/Jags is a tough pick. Jags looked good for a little while against Philly, and Wash is wash.

I think the Colts are going to see their defense fold under the relentless attack of another high powered offense this week. They can't get any pressure on the QB and that's going to hurt them against good teams.
