I hope somebody asks him about the DL.
They did, he said from next year on we are playing without one. He said either a 0-4-7 or a 0-6-5 depending on the opposing offense.

Players are first put at the position they want to play and go from there
Someone please tell us who that last player he was talking about was. I missed it.
All I know is that it was a linebacker, I missed the name as well.
Perhaps in the absence of the POTUS, you can relay the appropriate response.I don't have a direct line to the president so you will have to ask him.
Sorry I didn't include the link but it's there now.

I thought he said since a lot of teams are moving to spread offenses, we are just going with a 0-1-10? hmm.. sounds tactical. I like it!They did, he said from next year on we are playing without one. He said either a 0-4-7 or a 0-6-5 depending on the opposing offense.
Announcing class of 22 today, but it could change by one within the next 24 hours (Lynn). Am I missing something here, or is one that we don't know about signed?
He said the numbers for how many of each position the staff wants on the team are right near where they want them to be. He also said that they go through those numbers systematically and don't just pick numbers out of a hat. Go figure.
Rhoads seemed a bit edgy to me. I think he was also hoping for a few signing day commits to come our way. He didn't seem real happy. He put his best spin on it, but he just didn't seem like the normal Paul Rhoads to me?
Yeah, this reminds me, he began this statement by saying some people freak out about the number of players here or there (rough paraphrase), which, to me, was directed precisely at those fans who are worried sick about the lack of interior DLs in this class.

I fully expect our D-line to dominate in the coming years then.
