Barta get over yourself... Carver isnt one of the top arenas in the nation, and its not a hawkeye state cause of the iowa hawkeyes (and if it was by that, the tally of the cy-hawk series, its a cyclone state).... God that irriatates me..
Great question just asked of Barta...something along the lines of (much paraphrasing here):

Iowa has to pay $2.4 million for "termination without cause", per Lick's contract.

I've noticed that before....He's not that old a man to have that bad of teeth.
I guess I don't know what you guys are talking about, but Barta's teeth must be bad.
Which is odd because Iowa has a good dental school and program there. I mean, take a look at Hayden when he arrived at Iowa and after the dental school got done with him. World of difference.
As for Lickliter, darn shame. He'll find success elsewhere I'm sure.
too bad Barta chose today to do this....with Iowa WBB making the tourney and the announcement tonight of seeding. Couldn't he have waited a couple days and let Iowa WBB have the spotlight for a couple days??? TACKY!
