***Official ISU vs OSU Postgame thread***

Clyburn having a hand in his face throwing it up is not a good play. Especially with 25 seconds left.

I thought Clyburn had a good chance at making the shot and drawing a foul (giving him a chance to win it at the line).

Lol. You maybe get 2 of those calls per season. You think we're going to get one in the last 30 seconds on the road?

Would you rather have the ball down 2 with 20 sec left or be down 2 with 2.5 sec left ??

I can just hear you if we foul with 25 seconds to go, they hit the free throws, we miss, and they win the game. That is just not smart, I don't think I have ever seen that work, let alone anyone try it.

No five second call on their final possession. Clyburn guarded his dribble for about 10 seconds!

Hmmm, I hadn't thought about that one. Was he close enough to him for 5 seconds in a row? I seem to recall at least one break, but maybe he stayed close even during that. Need to see the replay.

John and Eric were besides themselves that it was clearly well over 5 seconds. John even yelled it at the ref when he walked by, twice!

to say the refs lost the game is stupid. ISU should have had this game wrapped up with 2 minutes left.

Ejim not keeping the ball up to let Forte steal it. Bad decision by Clyburn to shoot quickly.

Refs weren't perfect by any means, but being butthurt at the refs is stupid. Team loss.

I half agree with you, but we DID get completely jobbed by the refs. Case in point, Ejim completely got hacked before Forte grabbed that ball. Watch the replay. And he had JUST got called for doing the same thing on the other end of the court (he probably did it, but the camera shot was very good, so you couldn't tell for sure--unlike when Ejim got hacked when it was clearly a missed call).

yep sure did.. and we all saw how that turned out.. huh.. sorry to break the news to you .. but basketball has changed a bit and the that old school mentality isn't always the best..

When I slash my wrists, do I cut parallel to the blood vessels or horizontal ?

GD I hate these type of losses. At some point would it be too much to ask just to have a season where **** goes our way? Save me the you make your own luck bs. I have watched too many other programs have the ball bounce their way on the road to a magical season.

This team is so close. We just need a little more Larry and we are good to go. We were very close to the blowout on the road... Need some more toughness. The good news is that it's still January.

What is this "new school" idea of handing out wins? Dumbest idea I've heard in a while.
