***Official: ISU @ EIU game(day) thread***

Games do change quickly... Then again... Bite your tongue. We started the game the same way. Then foul troubles.

Who is the starting point guard on this team then? Pick your words carefully because you are about to lose all credibility.

I dont entirely disagree. Expectations were raised too high after those first few games, as its clear now.

Of course, DG got raised up as some sort of newfound savior by some after those games too, which its obvious he's not, even if on the whole he's our best option at that spot.
 
Wow. DG stops shooting and what do you know? 1 point game. Diante is not a shooter. When this team is flowing, it is when Diante is passing the ball instead of trying to be Reggie Miller. Diante needs to be in the game as he is a great ball handler and slasher, but he needs to only shoot when he is medium - close range.
 
Well... there's always next year to look forward to.

We are now worse than Iowa in every sport that matters. JP must be proud. All he ever talks about is Iowa. And now even their women's basketball team smokes us and has better recruits coming in.

I'm just sick of this crap. We had better be good next season. That's what all of us are counting on. We knew this year would be tough. I just don't see us having the inside game that can compete? Royce White will help, but not enough I'm afraid. We we still lack size across the front line next season big time. Iowa's abusing us on the interior.

Ok man...whatever you say. I am a passionate fan that gets caught in the moment. The postgame is still part of that. I would rather have passionate fans than people who just sit on their hands and say nothing. This is the game thread, not an analytical debate on how bad our fan base it. We just went on an 8-0 run so I am going to talk about the "game" again.
 
I'm so bummed I've spent this time trying to defend Cyclones to "Cylcones". I'm going back to watching this game.
