My friends and I are trying to figure out New Year's Eve plans in Memphis. None of us are sure if we need to make reservations someplace or if Beale Street is just kind of a free for all where we can easily wander from one place to another. Anybody have any idea on that?

I've figured the most fun nights might be Saturday and Sunday,
While NYE might get a bit overcrowded.
