True. But under these circumstances, it makes sense. That's a real bummer.

Totally makes sense from a budge perspective for the department (both production and distribution).
BUT, for my cyclone room....now i'll have to get a large digital display to have this years poster, lol.
Guess I’ll just frame a sheet of white paper with a X across it
**** it. Keep it open. I’m guessing if they win the big 12, there will be posters made.Guess I’ll just frame a sheet of white paper with a X across it
Download and print on high quality glossy?
We have the football & basketball team posters hanging, dating back to about 2000. We also have a stack for the MBB team & senior posters for each year. Each new one is clipped to the front of the stack. It's kind of annoying when they do different sizes or switch from portrait to landscape...but we can quickly go back and look at individual posters. The football poster from 2012 stands alone, and will never be covered. That poster was just too evocative.I get one for every season and put it on my vent heater in the basement every year. I like to put scores on it and x with losses and a check mark with wins. I got a tube of them.

I miss the schedule magnets they used to make - we always had the current ones on the fridge. Our garage pass through door is metallic, and is nearly completely covered with the "archived" magnets.
They stopped last year. We have them through 18-19 as well. They still make those magnets, they are free on a table in the Jacobson building. At least they did for last season sports.
Edit: went and looked at the collection and the last one I have is from 18-19 season, so either I didnt bother or they don't make them anymore. lol

Yup - the Happy Place MBB poster is a keeper as well.I have the 2012 football poster framed in my basement. And I framed the “Hilton is my Happy Place” MBB poster from this year because no marketing campaign will ever describe me better than that one
I tried hard for 10 years to not have my basement look like iowa state threw up on the walls but I gave up the ghost on that this year when I framed 5 newspaper pages. I like to think it’s “classy” but who knows?!?
