No fan fest this year?

Has anyone heard any news on a Cyclone Fan Fest this year? This has always been in mid-late August and haven't seen anything posted for this year?

What does that have to do with his question? I'm wondering about the Cyclone Fan Fest this year too. Hopefully announced this week.

The event in Des Moines hopefully is not a replacement for Fan Fest. Seems odd we have not heard anything. Maybe it is not happening.

I don’t know how they could do away with fan fest. It’s an event tons of fans go to, the players love, and (nearly) free marketing for the upcoming athletics season.
