What's the deal with the Cubs and Brewers? The top two teams in one of the best divisions in baseball all season long are a combined 7-13 in their last 20 games. Not the way you expected the stretch to go for both teams.

Thanks to the Reds for continuing their 3-run 9th Inning streak to two days:wink:

At least they got them too... I was ready to step into traffic after yesterday.

That's baseball. Everybody has had a bad stretch here and there. Red sox, rays, angels, mets, etc... This is probably the worst the cubs and brewers have played all year. I'm guessing they both bust out of it by the end of the month and hit October in stride.

the cubs have had a bad couple weeks, but they still have one of the top records in baseball

That's what amazes me. We're still right there in the best record mix.
I think the ship will get righted. I just don't want to have a heart attack along the way.
I'm starting to think that the Cubs have been purchased by the American Heart Association as an investment to drum up more business.:wideeyed:
