WHOA NELLY....stop the press. You need to do some research into recruiting and not watch some You Tube crap. That's the problem with fans now aday, they do not go out and see these recruits unless they are in their backdoor.
I have for many years in the past gone to Indian Hills and out of the state to watch players. Was on board with CJ Bruton(would've been great) Chris Alexander(big time bust, couldn't shoot outside 5 ft) and missing on some others that went to Cincy.
Dendy, hardly played, see attached. Hope learns the game quickly or be another bust from Indian Hills

So all of the teams that had offers out and ISU are wrong? Not to mention is 4 star status out of HS with a Clemson Commit...they were wrong too?
He was playing with an injured Leg, and back. He still had South Carolina, Mizzou, Maryland, and several other offers.

A lot of the insiders (here at least) keep things like this under wraps until it is okayed by the Athletic Dept, though, so as not to cause problems for anyone. There is a lot of drama about this kind of stuff not only for them, but for the mod team here on CF. That's why CF doesn't do recruiting stuff.

Didnt he play in the last game of the year which disqualifies him for the redshirt?

It is official Indian Hills Community College, Forward, Laron Dendy has committed to Iowa State. He is listed at 6ft 9inches and 215lbs. The cyclones beat out teams like:Missouri, Maryland, Florida State, Texas Tech, South Carolina, and Clemson.

I just hope they know what they are scouting. Because there is really nothing to scout in Juco. He didn't play much and was hurt?
I think they must be basing him off of not being injured and his full potential. To me that is like being a 33 year old single guy and finding a SUV mom at a bar. Once a possible super model, but now has 3 kids, financial issues and an extra 25lbs. Could be risky business there. BUT as always, I welcome him to the family and I hope this dude tears up the Big12 for 10-15PPG. Its just hard to see it without any Juco stats.

Ok....That isn't too bad a line. I can tell you there is not a lot of sharing the rock in Juco sometimes. Sounds like a player. If he can get healed up.
To we have the official blessing of kg or cyismydog? Are we going to say he's the next "abc" or are we just going to let him be what he is?
