Misc: New Stadiums

Just got done watching the HBO special Real Sports....

New Stadiums like Yankee Stadium, Cowboy Stadium.....and others will be demanding as much as $150,000.00 -PSL.

The PSL (personal seat license) a one time fee, will be required in order to just have the right to purchase season tickets. Location, Level, and aminities will come with your PSL.

I would recommend anyone who can to watch this, the family of four going to a ballgame in 2010 and beyond, maybe coming to a end....:sad:

Example: The New Cowboy Stadium, best Seats (suites) could go for as much as 400 per seat-per game, this is of course after you have paid your PSL of 100,000 per seat. The least expensive would be around 16,000 to 50,000 PSL, with tickets being from 100-300 per game.

That must be for the SkyBox seats. I got 4 tickets to the Minnesota Vikings at KC Chiefs for free last year, they were listed at $85/ticket. That is high, but not too out bad. They were 20 yd line, 15 rows from the field, very good tix. I don't think they have to pay and PSL or yearly dues.

These PSL will be introdced to help finance the "New Stadiums" being built in the future.....

Some Stadiums already have them, older ones do not....

Kinda makes that @$350 for DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket + Superfan seem cheap...

How are they going to ensure that Texas stadium isn't partially full in the PSL seats and full in the nonPSL seats ? I can't imagine there are that many people in Big D that have the kind of Jack the team is asking for.
