There are a number of factors involved, weight, height and of course speed. Of course he will automatically lose a star because he is going to ISU, but the fact that he is going to ISU means he must have a head on his shoulders.

The nurse gave him a bath on Sunday and had another hat set aside for him to put on. I had to pull out the I-State hat, instead.
