Are any of you able to adequately view Clone Zone football and basketball action using the lower speed of Qwest internet? Aprox 1.5 mbs if I remember correctly. I don't have their higher speed available to me.

I am currently using Mediacom's 7 mbs speed and have a newish computer. Mediacom and I are having difficulties.

TIA.

I don't think he has Qwest yet, but is thinking about switching to it, and can only get the slower speed.

Hang in there and see if you can get the cable working.

Yes, I don't have Qwest at this time. I am looking for someone who has the Silver service (1.5 mbps) and has experience with Clone Zone quality.

My problem with Mediacom is not with the internet quality. I may have to live with it though.

Thanks again.

We have it. I've only done the free stuff on it, but I have never had any trouble from that.

They don't design it for the top-of-the line computers, but rather the common ones. Our computers here are 2-3 years old or so. No problems at all.

Thanks CycloneErik that helps a lot and I assume you are using the Qwest Silver (1.5 mbps) package.

Yes, we are.

Our apartment building has new management. We are supposed to be receiving free internet via Mediacom. They somehow haven't gotten us the security key for that network, and the connection strength for their wireless access point 7 feet from me is worse than my Linksys router upstairs.

I don't see you having any trouble with the 1.5 mbps package. I've used ours over the wireless for youtube, channelsurfing, and such while never having any trouble.

quick question...if I buy the clone zone video package do I get play by play audio with it for the NDSU game or do I have to purchase the audio piece for clone zone as well?

You'll get the Mediacom feed of the game -- video and commentary.
