I purchased CycloneTV and the Iowa State iPad app, same as years past. CycloneTY works on the computer but when using the iPad app I get the video but no audio. Any help is greatly appreciated.

A legitimate question with a wisecrack response. Thank You for letting me know that registering with this web site was a mistake. I would have thought that ISU fans could at least be civil to each other!

I would check to see if the app has an option to send feedback and describe your problem to them. Contacting them via twitter might help too.
Do you have an Apple TV to see if the sound works through Airplay on your TV? (Does the app even allow airplay to Apple TV?)
Contacted app feedback and they just talked about volume controls. Those are fine, but still no audio. It doesn't appear that airplay can be used with the app this time anyway. Airplay with the iPad is how I watched the BB games last year. I have given up on the app. FYI - Through research and playing around I have discovered that I can use airplay from my iMac and push the game (and audio) to my big screen through AppleTv. I can now watch the game and maybe this response will help someone else.
I too have used the app for 2 or 3 years without a problem. Has to be a setting someplace that I can't find. As long as I can get it to the TV off of the iMac, I get to watch the games.
iOS 8 has caused a ton of problems on mine and the Ms' iPads. Maybe that's the difference this year?
