Need help: Big 12 Tourney Tix

It's been years since I have been to the Big 12 Tourney. This year I am taking the family (4 of us). I assume I have to buy "Session" tickets that consist of the 6pm and 8pm game. Can you walk up and buy tickets, or will I have to go the scalping route? Any idea of what my chances are of finding tickets and what I can expect to pay?

No walk up, yes scalp. Scalpers will know that ISU and KU games will cost. Minimum a $125-150 to see either team.
