Essentially, this puts it all into an unrestricted free agency scenario it appears. One has to wonder if an athlete gets P.O.’d about how the coaches manage them during a game and decides to jump to another team during the season!!

Nope, title is completely wrong and misleading, a temporary restraining order has been granted for 14 days. NCAA has already noticed schools that a player could lose eligibility for a year if they transfer under this RO.
