NBA: Naz & Niang

Pretty cool they're playing together again -- and in the NBA!

The Jazz have always been my favorite team too, so having Naz and Georges on the team is especially cool.

Coincidence the Jazz decided Red and Gold in their new city jerseys just in time for the Naz/Georges reunion?
I'll let you decide.
Next. Get Matty Ice to Salt Lake.

Utah's a pretty good spot for developing players. Quin Snyder's a good coach. Which is an odd thing to admit, because I thought he was a turd when he was at Mizzou in the old-ish Big 12 days.

Hopefully this can help Georges get a multi-year deal with a team like it did Nader

Seriously. If first team G-League guys don't get some NBA opportunities, who will? Isn't that sort of what the G-League is designed for?

The NBA is raising the salaries of the G-League players. Looks like Georges and Naz will be getting a raise while trying to break in to the NBA. Makes the league a better option for prep students to by pass college too.

@AdamJ_NBAGL To recap G League salaries:
$35K for 5 months
housing included
health benefits paid
travel stipend provided
Education program (through AZ State)

All-in-all it's looking much more prosperous to play in the G League when you step back and look at the big picture.

Bonus for making G-League first team?
