No doubt, I heard all the boos and thought I was watching a Kansas game! Nice pitch by him though!

I love the new National's ballpark. When they played at the old Redskins' football stadium, there were quite a few people who went, but there were so many bad seats in that place, it was ridiculous! Very run down too

Just so you guys know, there are going to be a lot of "first time" things accomplished in this game. So far there have been more than 10 first time comments made in this game.

I wish I had tom off to watch all of the day games.

Anyone know if DirecTv is having free MLB extra innings like they usually do for a week or so?

I love the Braves but they are slowly falling farther back each year in the standings. Too bad they don't spend the money that they used to do.

Cause eveyone knows that $$$ buys championships. Just ask Yankee fans and Red Sox fans. Too bad there isn't a cap on the league.

As a Yankee fan, I can tell you pitching wins championships

But what buys pitching????? Money....

The small market teams develop the players, then the evil empires take over.

You think with the Yankees spending 195,229,045 they could find some pitching.

When did the Yankees buy a championship? I believe most of the players they had when they were winning rings were brought up through their program. The Red Sox maybe bought them but don't the Marlins have the same amount of rings as the Red Sox in the last 20 years. Money may translate to making the playoffs but not rings.

Not when you spend 45 million on Carl Pavano.
