Props to West Marshall football coach Ken Winkler for being nominated for USA's best high school coach. He is up against some other good old coaches such as Pezzetti, Swenson, Tighe, Bladt, etc., but one thing Winkler can point out is that he has three former players on this year's team and one coaching! Nice article in the Oct. 3 issue of the Mid Iowa Enterprise about WM alum and former walkon Kody Sjoblom now helping Shane Burnham coach special teams and defensive tackles! Also nice to see walkon Drake Ferch get some action on special teams! Go Trojans and Cyclones!
